Colm McColgan,General Manager Colm has a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) from University College Galway (Ireland) and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Ulster. He is also a APMG/UKAS PRINCE2 Practitioner. Colm has several years strategic/operational management of high technology organisations in a European-wide context. Rocio Rubio,Programme Manager Rocio has an MSc Economics and Business Administration, University of Valladolid and an MA Marketing, University of Ulster. She is also a APMG/UKAS PRINCE2 Practitioner. Caitriona Strain,Programme Manager Caitriona has a MSc Computing & Design, BSc(Hons) Applied Computing with DIS and qualifications in Operations Management, Supervisory Management and Personnel Practice. She is a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner and a member of the BCS and CMI. Trained in Public Sector Procurement, PRINCE2 and a Microsoft Office User Specialist.
